Certified Tutor

I am currently a graduate student at California State University Long Beach. I will be earning a masters degree in physics the summer of 2020. I am currently doing research on neutron stars and their effects on gravitational waves. I have always enjoyed teaching at all levels and I especially like to teach science. Seeing students learn and understand how the world works is an amazing feeling. Many students find information learned at school is not important in the "real world". I want to show my students what they are learning is very important and how society today uses these tools today. From personal experience I realize its difficult to learn in some classroom settings as the teachers move so quickly without explaining the details of problems. I try to take on a slower approach where all my students can see why we are doing each step.I received my bachelors of science in 2016 from the university of California riverside. My main tutoring subjects are physics and mathematics. I also have good experience with standardized tests like the GRE. If you have any questions please feel free to message me.
