Hi, I am currently a masters student in philosophy at The New School. I got my B.A. at UC Berkeley with a double in Philosophy and Physics.
I really enjoy working with students and teaching- I hope to teach as a professor in the future. I believe learning is something not solely for grades and achievements, but for developing oneself in thought, ability to follow through, and improving one's self esteem.
I am hoping to help out as best I can with your needs, and hope to help you see where in your thought process you can improve/reevaluate.

I'm pretty easy going and like joking around. So there won't be much pressure and, for sure no judgement on my part. Everyone is coming from different places in their learning. I myself understand the difficulty of coming to understanding a topic. But it's possible ! :)

Outside of academia, I like working out at the gym/running/cycling, drawing (see my insta @abigail_iturra_art), and lounging around with my cat.
