Certified Tutor

My interest in teaching began my sophomore year of high school when I got a job working for Kumon Math and Reading learning center. I decided to pursue this interest by tutoring with an independent tutoring company and participating in the FIU Teach program where I am actively acquiring new skills to better teach and help each student succeed.

I was part of the International Baccalaureate (IB) program and received my diploma, therefore I am used to working under stress and with rigorous work loads.

Outside of tutoring I am currently pursuing a Biology degree at Florida International University and I love to watch movies and go to the gym. I believe that a holistic approach is required to ensure academic success.

I am determined to help each of my students succeed and can't wait to get started on working towards your academic success!
