I have been teaching in higher education for 20+ years, so I know the academic and social skills that contribute to successful student performance. In the past, I tutored middle school and high school students. In addition to teaching students how to excel inside and outside of a classroom setting, I am committed to the idea that learning should be enjoyed and not seen as a chore. That is why I always do my best to maintain a relaxed atmosphere when teaching. Finally, another goal in my teaching is to connect any subject matter (politics, research methods, statistics, history) to the interests of students.
