While my background does not include formal "teaching" assignments, helping people learn, understand and perform sometimes complex assignments has consistently been a strength throughout my career in business.
Some of this has been through teaching and leading by example and helping students follow a proscribed process based on the results of individual steps. Other times the nature of the work has required working directly with students in an environment where we both learn and then collaborate for a successful outcome.
Learning can be complex but I think that in general, it is most productive when students are given the opportunity to reach conclusions and then integrate, act on or apply that information in a productive way.
