I have taught for 2 decades in special education, been in management and taught teachers in special ed. I am very serious about my vocation to teach. I love to teach. I use a variety of modalities and observation, as well as behavioral assessments. I try to take a student's frustrations and make learning fun. I am also a professional writer and grant writer. I teach to a student's ability level and then raise the bar to have them stretch their abilities. I believe in individual instruction no matter how many students are in the class
