Certified Tutor

I am originally from Texas and have a background in psychology and social work. My professional interest is in promoting positive child development for vulnerable children domestically and internationally. As a social worker I have studied and worked with children suffering from trauma. This background allows me to be able to handle difficult behaviors and create productive tutoring sessions. I love working with children because of their engaging spirit and optimism. I have traveled abroad and enjoy learning new things about other cultures and histories and pushing myself beyond my comfort zone. I also enjoy watching movies, reading books, and trying out new restaurants.
