Hello,
My name is Joubert and I have a degree in Chemical Engineering from MIT. My interests are science and math along with College prep (SAT/ACT). For two years in college, I was a lecturer for an AP Chemistry class that ran for the whole academic school year. I am currently a teacher for the SAT. I'm very excited to be a tutor for VarsityTutors. I have a very methodical approach to teaching. I want the students to understand the rationale behind the question. Yes, the student may get a specific question right, but what about other problems? Will the student have the skill set to solve other problems. To aid the student in learning, I draw in examples from other disciplines or my own experience when I learned the topic and what helped me in my own understanding.
