...art history. Previously I attended Pomona College before transferring to pursue my interest in studio art. At Pomona, I worked as a writing mentor for high school and middle school aged students. In addition to art, I am passionate about literature and math and am eager to help students struggling in these areas.

I recently graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA in Illustration and focused in animation. I will be tutoring for animation. I've always loved the artform, and want to help others who share a similar dream to work in animation someday.

I love teaching because I love learning. There is nothing as exciting to me as being with a student of any age or developmental stage, while their eyes are opening to new ideas and ways of thinking.

I was teacher's assistant for 5 intro level drawing courses at RISD, and frequently lead sessions. I have also tutored 6th and 8th grade math for City Year.
